● Why SIIL Ostomy

Designed for real life

Works with the pouch you already use

One-piece or two-piece · colostomy or ileostomy

A day in the SIIL belt

Woman walking through the city in the black SIIL ostomy belt

● Out all day

Your pouch stays put. You stop checking.

Commute, meetings, a long lunch: the band holds the pouch flat against you, so you walk out the door without a hand on your bag.

● Training

Lift, run, stretch. It moves with you.

The wide band keeps the pouch from bouncing and from pulling on the seal, so you finish the session thinking about the workout, not the bag.

● Pool and beach

Back in the water.

The quick-dry fabric holds the pouch close in the pool and the sea, then dries on the towel. Swim shorts or a swimsuit go on top.

Questions

How fast will it arrive?

Standard shipping is $5.95 under $50, and free from $50. Ships within 24 h from our US fulfillment center and usually arrives in 3–5 business days, in a plain, unbranded box.

What if it doesn’t fit?

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange, and your first size exchange ships free.

Can I empty my pouch without taking the belt off?

Yes. Reach your pouch through the access opening, empty it into the toilet, close the pouch and then the opening. The belt stays on.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water, no bleach, and let it air dry. Air drying keeps the stretch and the fastening at their best.

Can I wear it right after surgery?

Ask your stoma nurse or surgical team when a support garment is right for you and how it should fit. They can advise you based on your recovery.

How is it different from a surgical binder?

A surgical binder is for a few weeks after surgery: rigid, medical-looking and without a pouch pocket. The SIIL belt is made for daily life: discreet under clothes, with an internal pocket for the pouch, breathable for all-day wear.
