What's the difference between Classic and Sofía panties?
Sofía has a high-waist band that rises above the stoma (more pouch coverage and hernia support). Classic has a mid-rise band that sits at your natural waist (more familiar everyday panty feel and easier pouch access). Both have the same hidden inner pocket, soft antibacterial knit, beige + black colourways, and 6 sizes. Choose Classic if you want the most familiar everyday panty fit.
How do I pick the right size?
Measure your natural waist (the narrowest part above your belly button) and your hip at the widest point with a soft tape over light clothing. Use the size guide above the Add-to-cart button. Between two sizes? Take the smaller one. Your first size exchange is free. We accept exchanges within 30 days if the size isn't right.
Will Classic fit my ostomy pouch brand?
Yes. The inner pocket is sized to fit one-piece and two-piece pouches from Coloplast, Hollister, ConvaTec, B. Braun, Pelican, NuHope, Marlen and Welland — ileostomy, colostomy and urostomy. The pocket fabric is stretch elastic so it adapts to different pouch shapes and capacities.
Can I machine-wash Classic?
Yes. Machine-wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle, inside out, with similar colours. Air-dry flat. Avoid bleach, fabric softener and the tumble-dryer to preserve the elastic and antibacterial finish. With normal care, one pair lasts 12+ months of daily use.
Can I wear Classic to sleep?
Yes — Classic is soft and breathable enough for overnight wear. Many customers prefer sleeping in Classic for all-night pouch security; the mid-rise band keeps the pouch in place without restricting movement.
Will Classic show under fitted clothing?
No. The smooth knit has no panty lines. Beige melts under nude / white / pastel clothing; black disappears under jeans, dark trousers and structured suits. Customers report being invisible even under fitted summer dresses and slim jeans.
